Change of mind: contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll arrange a refund. Items should be in reasonable condition; return shipping for change-of-mind returns is at the customer's expense.
Faulty, damaged, or not as described: contact us with your order number and a photo of the issue — we'll provide a replacement or full refund including shipping, at no cost to you.
How to claim: reach out via our Contact page with your order number. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method, typically within 5-10 business days.
